Since its foundation in 2008, AESC has provided services of high quality and high safety standards to all airlines in Vietnam and other neighboring countries and gained a reputation within the region for its core capability of aircraft wheel and brake maintenance services.

Apart from being approved by CAAV, AESC is also an FAA and EASA Part 145  approved maintenance organization with most components from the Airbus 320/321 family listed in its Op-Spec. It is not only about the quality of the service, but it’s also about customer satisfaction, optimum lead time, logistic support, and customer service that count.  

From the customer service point of view, the aircraft seat is the most exposed factor that a passenger can give the thumbs up or down for the airlines’ overall service quality. It’s simply because a passenger will stick to it along the journey. Deteriorated cabin interior condition with torn seat cover, cracked armrest and fairing, stained tray tables, loose bolts and nuts…after a certain time of operation is what any airline has to face. AESC’s solution of “Aircraft seat total care service” package, when the seats are disassembled from the aircraft, maintained and repaired at AESC shop, and reassembled during aircraft base check, has now become more and more popular among its airline customers.

With the goal of sustainable development, AESC Green always looks towards the environment and a green future. The fire extinguisher system on the aircraft uses Halon agent, an extremely effective fire extinguishing agent for the Engine, auxiliary power unit, and cargo compartment. But it has the disadvantage that it greatly affects the Earth's Ozone layer. To totally solve this problem, AESC Green has invested in a Halon recovery and recycling system, meeting the requirements under the Montreal Protocol and Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP of the Vietnamese Government. And up to now, only AESC can do it in Vietnam.

AESC is proud to hold capability under CAAV, FAA, and EASA certification to refill, test, repair, and overhaul oxygen cylinders. Overhaul and requalification tasks require the cylinder to undergo a special process called a hydrostatic test, which must be conducted in compliance with the most stringent safety regulations. We have been certified by the US Department of Transportation to perform this special test since 2012.

Galley equipment are electrical appliances used by cabin crew for the preparation of in-flight meal service and any malfunctioning of a coffee maker or a water heater, or an oven will badly influence the overall cabin service. AESC’s capability of galley inserts’ repair and overhaul is certified by CAAV, FAA  and EASA, which is conducted by qualified personnel in a fully equipped shop 

Life vest and slide raft are vital safety emergency equipment onboard an aircraft which requires to be in good working condition and readily available in case of an emergency evacuation. AESC’s capability of life vest and slide raft maintenance service is certified by FAA.
