AESC had signed a Collaborative Agreement with Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center on 27 September 2011 to set up a training center in Hanoi. 

AESC and Jackspeed Aviation remarked the improtant cooperation by the project of refurbishing A330 seats for Vietnam Airlines. The first shipset was completed by 15th Nov.

By the mid of July 2012, Lieutenant General Phuong Minh Hoa, Party Central Committee Member, Commander of Air Force and Air Defense (AFAD) paid a visit to AESC, marking it as a very significant event for the company. Escorting the General is Colonel Nguyen Van Dam, Head of Technical Department of Air Force and Air Defense.

On 25th Jun, MIL-COM AESC Training Centre opened the first training course reserved exclusively for Lao Airlines. This remarkable event was a significant milestone in the development path of AESC
