To improve fire prevention and rescue (PCCC & CNCH) awareness and skills among employees, AESC, in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Me Linh District, organized a professional training session on December 29th.

PRACTICAL AND VALUABLE TRAINING CONTENT

The program aimed to equip AESC employees with essential knowledge, fundamental skills, and hands-on experience in handling real-life fire and emergency situations. The training session covered:
- Basic knowledge of fire prevention and rescue according to legal regulations.
- Identifying potential fire hazards in the workplace.
- Proper usage of firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and alarm systems.
- First aid and emergency evacuation techniques.

HANDS-ON FIRE RESPONSE AND RESCUE PRACTICE

In addition to theoretical instruction, AESC employees actively participated in practical exercises under the guidance of professional trainers. The participants practiced:
- Immediate response procedures upon detecting a fire at the workplace.
- Quick and effective use of fire extinguishers to suppress flames.
- Evacuation drills for personnel and assets during emergencies.

These hands-on exercises not only helped improve employees' reflexes in real-life scenarios but also strengthened their sense of responsibility and readiness in fire prevention and rescue operations.
