AESC provides comprehensive Aircraft Nacelle Services for V2500-A1/A5, CFM56-5B, and Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engine platforms, supported by our dedicated repair facility in Hanoi. Our shop specializes in the repair and maintenance of nacelle components, including Cowl Nose Assembly (CNA), Inlet Cowl, Fan Cowl, Thrust Reverser (TR), and other related structures. In addition, AESC has approved capabilities for A320/A321 Radome repair services.

Since its foundation in 2008, AESC has provided services of high quality and high safety standards to all airlines in Vietnam and other neighborhood countries and gained a reputation within the region for its core capability of aircraft wheel and brake maintenance services.
Apart from being approved by CAAV, AESC is also an FAA and EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organization with most components from the Airbus 320/321 family listed in its Op-Spec. It is not only about the quality of the service, it’s also about customer satisfaction, optimum lead time, logistic support and customer service that count.

AESC is proud to hold capability under CAAV, FAA and EASA certification to refill, test, repair and overhaul oxygen cylinders. Overhaul and requalification tasks require the cylinder to undergo a special process called hydrostatic test, which must be conducted in compliance with the most stringent safety regulations. We have been certified by the US Department of Transportation to perform this special test since 2012.

Galley equipment are electrical appliances used by cabin crew for the preparation of in-flight meal service and any malfunctioning of a coffee maker or a water heater or an oven will badly influence the overall cabin service. AESC’s capability of galley inserts’ repair and overhaul is certified by CAAV, FAA and EASA, which is conducted by qualified personnel in a fully equipped shop.

We provide aircraft battery overhaul services in accordance with approved maintenance procedures, focusing on safety, reliability, and performance restoration. Our scope includes inspection, functional testing, controlled charging/discharging, defect rectification, and final serviceability verification to support continuous aircraft operation.

We provide aircraft fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance services to ensure readiness and compliance with operational safety requirements. Our scope includes visual inspection, pressure verification, weight check, servicing/refill (as applicable), component replacement, leak checks, and final serviceability confirmation prior to return to service.

We provide propeller overhaul services with strict adherence to technical standards and maintenance documentation. The overhaul process includes disassembly, detailed inspection, repair/rectification, balancing, reassembly, and final functional checks, ensuring airworthiness, smooth operation, and extended service life.

We offer heat exchanger testing and cleaning services to help maintain optimal thermal performance and system efficiency. The scope includes visual inspection, contamination assessment, cleaning processes, leakage checks, and performance verification, supporting reliable operation in demanding flight environments.

From the customer service point of view, the aircraft seat is the most exposed factor that a passenger can give the thumbs up or down for the airlines’ overall service quality. It’s simply because a passenger will stick to it along the journey. Deteriorated cabin interior condition with torn seat cover, cracked armrest and fairing, stained tray tables, loosen bolts and nuts…after a certain time of operation is what any airline has to face. AESC’s solution of “Aircraft seat total care service” package, when the seats are disassembled from the aircraft, maintained and repaired at AESC shop and reassembled during aircraft base check, has now become more and more popular among its airline customers.
